Manufacturing Facilities

State of the art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at Udupi is a Schedule M Unit compiling WHO-GMP norms.

Prakruti Life science facility is equipped with latest technology and high-speed machinery for manufacturing of tablets & Capsules. The facility is designed with unidirectional flow of materials, it has a separate quarantine areas for each stage of manufacturing activity providing complete segregation and security of materials at each stage. The people movement and material movement are also totally segregated at all critical areas. Floor Surfaces at all the areas are constructed with concrete bed VDF flooring & treated with 4mm thick non- shrinking hard coated epoxy resin material leading to total crevices free environment.

The ceilings & room partitions are made up of 50mm thick double skin modular clean room wall panel system. All the Critical Areas are provided with dedicated HVAC system completely designed as per Class D specification, adhering to WHO GMP norms.
